We are firming up plans to go Down Under aka Melbourne, Australia in June. For a complete list of confirmed screenings and more info on upcoming festivals, visit the Festival Schedule area of weliveinpublicthemovie.com. Our NYC premiere at MOMA was amazing! The two screenings were packed to the gills and sold out weeks in advance (which bodes well for our theatrical release in NYC later this summer.) Familiar faces from the bunker were in attendance and very vocal (!) and we webcasted our colorful Q+A live on weliveinpublicthemovie.com in conjunction with pseudo.com. In case you missed it, we've put the discussion on our site and posted pics and videos from the interrogation photo booth at our raging post-premiere party.
We are thrilled with all of the great press and feedback we have been receiving. Some interesting articles about our doc that have appeared since our last missive:
Wall Street Journal (http://online.wsj.com/article/SB123879482878387933.html)
The House Next Door (http://www.thehousenextdooronline.com/2009/04/you-cant-leave-interview-with-ondi.html)
Gawker (http://gawker.com/5202371/pseudocom-founder-josh-harris-attacked-at-film-screening?autoplay=true)
And last but not least, check out our landslide victory in this poll on IndieWire :)
Which 2009 Sundance Film Festival film would you like to see acquired for theatrical distribution next?
18.2% Brief Interviews with Hideous Men
21.2% I Love You Phillip Morris
0% Five Minutes in Heaven
0% Manure
12.1% Peter & Vandy
42.4% We Live in Public
6.1% Other
We are all excited over here at Interloper Films that Ondi Timoner's 2004 Sundance-winning documentary, DIG!, is now the number one watched documentary film on Hulu.com. Check out their recent blog about DIG! at and see the movie. So cool. Please become a fan of our film on Facebook, follow us on Twitter (twitter.com/onditimoner) and visit our website at weliveinpublicthemovie.com to see our trailer, find out festival info, check out pics and videos and discover all kinds of fun stuff that's constantly being updated. Thanks for all of your support! You rock! We rock! Wahoo!
